This on-trend fish comes from Phillips’ first sustainable fish farm as a part of its aquaculture initiative and commitment to ensuring the future of the seafood industry.
From the Bali sea, a body of water North of the Island of Bali and South of The Kangean Islands in Indonesia. The sea forms the south-west part of the Flores Sea, and the Madura Strait opens into it from the west.
